Selecting the designer and keeping design intent aligned with delivery

Ensuring cost compliance throughout

Promoting the use of local trades to support sustainability goals

Participating in progression meetings to keep decisions moving and risks visible

Supporting the office launch

Working with the build clean team to help secure practical completion
